Every agent carries a keypair and a signed identity token. Verifiable, and yours — not tied to any one platform.
Authority is granted as a scope that can only shrink down the chain, never widen. Every action is bound by it.
The identity is portable across Kiger, Owyhee, and anyone else who implements the spec. Switch or self-host anytime.
